Refund/ Cancellation Policy:
Accurate
student enrollments are essential to effective course planning and utilization
of instructors. Registrations may be rescheduled 2 (two) business days or more prior
to the beginning of the scheduled class unless otherwise stated at
registration. Cancellations less than 2 business days prior to
scheduled class time and "No-Shows" will
forfeit 100% of
their course fee. There will be a $5 administrative fee for refunds. Attendee substitutions are
welcomed and encouraged .
Online
courses are paid upon registration and can not be refunded.
Lost Card Fee:
Please store your certification cards in a safe place. Lost cards can be
replaced, for a processing fee of $6 per card.
